Jánelle Marina Méndez Viera’s career on Wall Street was defined by rapid advancement, a rare-level of institutional trust, and an uncommon depth of responsibility at a young age. She entered finance at 18 as a part-time teller at Bank of America, where she was promoted four times in her first year, quickly moving into banking and client advisory roles.

She went on to work at Citibank, at 20, then left to spend 4 and half years at J.P. Morgan before returning to Citigroup Global Markets, where she rose to Vice President of Wealth Management by age 26, advising high-net-worth individuals and managing complex financial strategies. By 21, she had already become a licensed Vice President of Investments and Private Client Advisor at JPMorgan Chase, an achievement that reflected both her technical mastery and the confidence senior institutions known as the Wall Street Titans placed in her judgment.
